Fulfilment and Ship times:

^Please allow 3-5 Business Days for order processing. This does not include weekends and Holidays. Holiday processing times will be longer. I will be updating time frames for the Holidays. You should receive your purchased item(s) within 5-7 business days.

~ I include a return shipping label with every order for your convenience however you must fill out a Return Request form located on the Home page at the bottom.

~ Product is packed in a floating frame, then placed in bubble wrap and shipped in either a bubble wrapped lined envelope or a box. In most cases, the item will be placed inside of a gift box or velvet drawstring sack yet still securely wrapped with bubble wrap inside the box or sack.

~ Product is mailed via USPS/UPS and every package has a tracking number.

~ For orders totaling $250 or more, a signature will be required upon delivery.

Make sure when you are returning an item, you have filled out the Required Return Form Located on the HOME Page. That way I know it's coming.
